How It Works
It’s simple! Present your SMARTCARD to the cashier at the start of the transaction and you will earn one or more bonus points for every $ you spend. Every 100 points collected saves $1.00 off your purchases.
How do I know how many points I have earned?+
When presenting your SMARTCARD to the Cashier, he or she can tell you the number of points you have on your account for redemption. Every time you use your SMARTCARD, your sales receipt will show you the number of points earned prior to your purchase and any redeemed or earned points from current purchase.
How do I redeem my points?+
Just present your SMARTCARD or SMARTCARD Key-ring tag to the cashier at the start of your transaction The cashier will then tell the you how many points you have on your account which can be redeemed against your purchase. You then have the choice of deducting the value of their points off the purchase or leaving them to accumulate for redemption against future purchases.
If you choose to redeem your points, simply tell the cashier and the value will be deducted off your bill.
In addition, your SMARTCARD will automatically “find” any special prices or bonus points you are entitled to and make the necessary adjustments to your bill.
Where is SmartCard available?+
SMARTCARD is currently only available in Antigua, Barbados, Cayman, Jamaica, St. Kitts & St. Lucia.
